Chasing Olivia Teaser Tuesday

Again?! Why is it purple?! I don’t understand! *mini rant over* I think the answer is, wordpress hates me. Yeah, that explains it. 😛

I’m sorry to say that I still don’t have a release date. I wanted to reveal one weeks ago, but I got behind and it scared me. All I’m going to say is I’m doing everything I can to get this book to you BEFORE Christmas. I don’t know if I can do it, but I’m going to try. I probably won’t reveal a release date, because I would hate to reveal one, and then be like, “Sorry, it’ll be another week or two.” See? That wouldn’t be any fun for me or you. If you’re wanting to read/reread Finding Olivia before it releases, I WILL give a heads up, that, “Oh, hey, Chasing might be coming out soon. Hint, hint. ;)”

If you haven’t read Finding and you’re waiting for Chasing to come out, let me say this… I like to think that Chasing is more of a continuation of Trace and Olivia’s story. It’s not necessarily a sequel. By that, I mean, the way Finding Olivia ended, I could have left it as it was. Their story ended nicely. There was no cliffhanger. But I knew early on in writing Finding Olivia that there was more to their story. Chasing takes place approximately two years after the end of Finding. The reason I didn’t reveal immediately that there would be a 2nd book, is simple. I intended for Finding Olivia to be a standalone and the story ended that way. I wanted people to read it and understand it as if it was supposed to end there. I didn’t want people reading the book, freaking out that there might be a cliffhanger. Understand?

Once again, I’m sorry that there’s no release date. I suck. I know.
