Unraveling is DONE!

Aaaaaaah! You read that right! I finished writing Unraveling today!

I’m feeling about a million emotions right now. Many of you have already heard me mention it a gazillion times, but Unraveling is my favorite book I’ve written. I’m relieved to have it done, happy to have finished another book, but extremely sad to say goodbye to Katy and Jared.

What does this mean for you?

Well, hopefully it will be releasing mid April. I’m really hoping to have all the editing done by next weekend or sooner (It’s 41 chapters and an Epilogue, so it’s going to take some time). After that, I plan to order a paperback to read through, so that I can make sure I’m not leaving anything out. Since this is a standalone, I want to make sure I get everything said that I mean to.

I said this in my last post, but in case you missed it, I DO NOT plan on setting a release date. I’ll probably give ya’ll a heads up that it should be available within the week, when I upload it, and then let you know when the links are up. Release dates turn me into an angry bear in a cave, and I usually release sooner anyway. Like I said above, a general guestimate would be mid April (like the third week, say the 18th, but that’s NOT a guarantee).

After Unraveling releases, there will be more news on the spinoff; cover, synopsis, and whatnot. I might include the prologue to the 2nd book, at the end of Unraveling, but I’m not sure yet. (I haven’t written the prologue yet, so it might not be done)

We’ll just have to wait and see. 🙂

Micalea SmeltzerHi. I’m Micalea. Ma-call-e-uh. Weird name, I know. My mom must’ve known I was going to be odd even in the womb. I’ve written a lot of books. Like a lot. Don’t ask me how many, I don’t remember at this point.
